LEED

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is a voluntary, consensus-based national standard for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings. Members of the U.S. Green Building Council representing all segments of the building industry developed LEED and continue to contribute to its evolution. Under the LEED Standards for Commercial Interiors (LEED-CI), our clients can define their commitment to the "green building" philosophies and be recognized as a leader in environmental awareness and commitment.

Through new construction or the redesign of an existing facility, our clients can demonstrate their understanding and commitment to the LEED effort, by utilizing products and materials that meet the established LEED criteria and guidelines. Upon request, the utilization of space, materials and design concepts can follow the LEED standards and whole-building practices. Upon project completion, EDA can prepare the appropriate package of information for submission to LEED, documenting the projects adherence to the LEED criteria.
