As President and Owner of 2510 Bedford Street Associates (2510 Bedford) Mr. Esposito has built his reputation on
strong relationships and repeat clients, always focusing on customer service and design integrity. Mr. Esposito's past and present clients include

2510 Bedford is structured to provide the extended and focused services that meet these needs. Prior to forming 2510 Bedford, Mr. Esposito was a Partner with The Van Summern Group (now Perkins Eastman) in Stamford, CT. As
Principal-in-charge of Operations, Mr. Esposito managed and supervised a staff of thirty architects and designers. During his fifteen years with
the firm, he was responsible for the design and management of over six million square feet of corporate interior design projects. His extensive
knowledge and expertise in project management, cost estimating, scheduling, landlord workletter analysis and evaluations, contract administration
and the integration of client data and communications requirements were the elements that contributed to the success of this firm. Mr. Esposito began his career with International Housing Limited (IHL) in Westport, CT where he designed commercial and residential
buildings in the Middle East; Iran, Jordan, Syria and Iraq were a few of the countries. After IHL Mr. Esposito worked with the firm of Dietrich and
Rosenbaum of Stamford, CT. Mr. Esposito graduated from the Chester Institute of Technology in 1976, from the School of Architecture. |
